CANDLE CARE
โ
Your Eleven Twenty Eight candle is hand-poured with care. Proper candle care will help you enjoy a cleaner, longer, and more even burn while getting the most from your fragrance.
โโ
๐ฅ HOT CANDLE TIN WARNING
DO NOT TOUCH OR MOVE THE CANDLE TIN WHILE IT IS HOT.
The candle tin can become extremely hot during and after burning and may cause burns.
-
Allow the candle and container to cool completely before touching or moving it.
-
Never move a candle while the wax is melted.
-
Do not touch the container immediately after extinguishing the flame.
-
Keep the hot candle away from children and pets.
-
Always place the candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface while burning.
When in doubt, let it cool completely before handling.
โ
๐ฏ๏ธ FIRST BURN
The first burn is one of the most important.
Allow the wax to melt across most or all of the surface before extinguishing the candle. This helps establish an even melt pool and can help prevent tunneling.
For best results, do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time.
โ
โ๏ธ TRIM YOUR WICK
Before each burn, allow the candle to cool completely and trim the wick to approximately ¼ inch.
A properly trimmed wick helps reduce excessive flame height, soot, and uneven burning.
Remove any wick trimmings or debris from the wax before lighting.
โโโ
๐ฅ BURN SAFELY
Always follow these safety guidelines:
-
Never leave a burning candle unattended.
-
Keep the candle away from children and pets.
-
Keep the candle away from anything that can catch fire.
-
Keep the candle away from drafts, fans, vents, and open windows.
-
Place the candle on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface.
-
Never move a candle while it is burning or while the wax is liquid.
-
Never burn a candle near curtains, paper, bedding, or other flammable materials.
-
Do not burn multiple candles too close together.
-
Keep the wax pool free from matches, wick trimmings, and other debris.โ
โฐ KNOW WHEN TO STOP
Do not burn your candle all the way to the bottom.
Discontinue use when approximately ½ inch of wax remains in the container.
Continuing to burn a candle after this point can cause the container to become excessively hot.
โ
๐งผ KEEP YOUR CANDLE CLEAN
Before each burn, remove any debris from the wax surface.
Keep the candle free from:
-
Wick trimmings
-
Matches
-
Dust
-
Other foreign materials
-
โA clean wax surface helps your candle burn more safely and consistently.
โ
๐ฌ๏ธ GET THE MOST FROM YOUR FRAGRANCE
For the best fragrance experience, allow the wax to form a good melt pool during each burn.
Avoid placing your candle directly in front of:
-
Fans
-
Air vents
-
Open windows
-
Strong drafts
These can affect the flame and cause uneven burning.
For the best results, enjoy your candle in a room appropriate for its size and allow the fragrance to gradually fill the space.
โ
๐ฏ๏ธ BETWEEN BURNS
After extinguishing your candle:
-
Allow the candle to cool completely.
-
Once cool, trim the wick to approximately ¼ inch before the next burn.
-
Keep the candle covered or stored in a clean, dry location when not in use.
-
Keep the candle away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
๐ MAKE EVERY BURN BEAUTIFUL

A little care goes a long way.
Trim. Light. Relax. Enjoy.
