2. Product Information & Pricing
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices, and availability are accurate. However, occasional errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information, change prices, or discontinue products at any time. We make every effort to photograph and present our candles as accurately as possible. Product images may include both actual product photographs and styled lifestyle photography created to showcase the fragrance, mood, and experience of each collection. Lifestyle images may feature decorative elements, backgrounds, props, or settings that are not included with the purchase. These images are intended to communicate the atmosphere and character of the product.
The actual candle, container, label, fragrance, size, and included products remain as described on the individual product listing.
Because photographs can vary depending on lighting, photography equipment, screen settings, and viewing conditions, colors and visual details may appear slightly different from the physical product.
Hand-poured candles may also have subtle variations in wax appearance, frosting, texture, color, or finish. These variations are a natural part of the handmade process and do not necessarily indicate a defect.

An order confirmation does not necessarily guarantee that an order can be fulfilled. Orders are processed according to our Shipping Policy. Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are controlled by the shipping carrier. Eleven Twenty Eight Candle Co. is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related delays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control.
